Fibres and Yarns Since 1970
Texmaterials is a distributor of fibres and yarns for the textile industry, with own stock located in Prato, Italy. We have a two generations long experience in this sector, and our current focus on synthetic fibres was a choice made by our father in the early 1970s.
Keeping pace with the latest technical developments in synthetic and natural fibres and yarns is a constant commitment for us, made possible by the ongoing input of our international partners and manufacturers, with whom we have built long-standing, lasting relationships. This has allowed us to count some of Italy's finest textile companies among our clients. Today, our products are well established in the knitwear, weaving, nonwoven and furnishing sectors.

NYLON
Available in a range of variants to meet every production requirement.
Nylon Staple Fibre Type 6 and 66: First-choice quality, available in raw white and dope-dyed black. Various deniers starting from 2.2 dtex and 3.3 dtex, assorted cut lengths for knitwear and weaving applications.
Nylon Staple Fibre Type 6 (Cashmere Type): First-choice quality, available in raw white and dope-dyed black, engineered to deliver an exceptionally soft hand.
Recycled Nylon Staple Fibre: An eco-sustainable solution with official GRS (Global Recycled Standard) certification, available in raw white and dope-dyed black.
Permanent FR (Flame Retardant) Nylon 66 Staple Fibre: available in raw white and dope-dyed black.
VISCOSE
Viscose Staple Fibre: First-choice quality, 1.7 dtex x 38 mm, specifically selected for knitwear and weaving applications. Available in raw white, black, and in a wide range of dope-dyed colours.
Sustainability: Manufactured by an FSC Mix Credit certified producer and rated in the international Canopy ranking for forest safeguard.
